I gain 5 pounds this week. Not to worried. My sodium and carb intake has been higher due to traveling and a new water softer (I might as well live on the beach with how salty the water is). I know I have not eaten enough to gain. Plus I started l lifting this week. Hoping to see a 5+ drop for next week.2 -

I'm struggling with consistency, so I'm making that my goal this week. I am making a new rule that I can't go to bed until I've completed my daily entry, regardless of how tired I am OR how embarrassed I am about how much I ate. Time to get honest with myself again and hold myself accountable!0 -

Well there is a big change in measurement so a low loss over two weeks isn't disappointing.2 -
This week, it is a gain. Ate over maintenance and quite a bit at that, have been hungry and achy and craving carbs, so I just ate my fill. Was around 3000 calories. So water weight fluctuation this week, but not as bad as I expected...

I'll have to forego my usual Tinkerbell Meme as on phone. No loss for me this week, but on round 2 of Shark week (stress/illness seems to have me out of whack) and only been eating just under maintenance so I'll take it on the chin.
In other news I bought a skirt 3 sizes smaller than I used to wear and tried on a top which was 4 sizes smaller which was a little too snug for my liking but fit.3 -
