Calorie Intake/Outake

I'm 36, live in Georgia (USA), and started out at 260lbs. I am now currently 239. I lost a little weight and then tried to plan. I went drastic trying to eat 1200 calories a day in 5 small meals and burning around 4000 calories a day M-F. I stuck. This week, I injured my shoulder (not with fitness) and stayed out of work for two days, hardly did anything, and binged out. Lost 3 lbs! (easiest 3 lbs. I ever lost besides when I gave birth!) So I'm now increasing my calorie count to 1488/day with the idea that I may be not eating enough? What do you guys think? Feel free to friend me!
