Zumba 55 minutes
Yes on tracking and yes on under calories
I usually don’t go over on days I have my zumba class
I’m doing a 45 minute Zumba class and 10-15 minutes extra of Zumba strong which is still done to music but it’s squats, burpees, lunges, etc. to music and not dancing as much.0 -
Exercise? Yes; 48 minutes of strength training and a 1.5 mile run
