    Unfortunately it looks like several people are having a difficult week and are out of the winners circle like me. Hope you keep logging and exercising.

    I thought I posted here yesterday here’s try number 2.
    Zumba 55 minutes
    Yes on tracking and yes on under calories
    I usually don’t go over on days I have my zumba class
    I’m doing a 45 minute Zumba class and 10-15 minutes extra of Zumba strong which is still done to music but it’s squats, burpees, lunges, etc. to music and not dancing as much.
