    Exercised?: Yes. I had errands to run all day, but between those, walking to pick up my kids from school, and straightening up the house I logged 5000 steps, or 50 active minutes according to my pedometer.

    Sticking with the minimum exercise right now since I'm way out of the habit. I don't want to do too much to start and then not be able to do more. But hopefully I can increase my time in a couple of days. Happy day 2!

    Exercise - yes, 60 minutes on treadmill, total steps for day 17,817
    Calories - yes, well under due to all my earned calories :smile:
    Logged - yes everything, however, it took awhile given the homemade casserole for supper which I couldn't find on mfp. Therefore had to enter each ingredient separately.

    Had a stressful day, my boss was fired, so now there's a huge scramble to cover his work, lots of bureaucratic problems and instability. Now people will be jockeying for power, ugh!

    I stayed within my calories but after work I ate chips, ice cream, chocolate and drank wine. I need to get that stuff out of my house. I walked my dog for exercise, but only because of UAC. I really just wanted to get in bed. I hope to get back on a healthy track tomorrow.

    What an awfully day. Brings back horrible memories of this sort of stuff happening. How glad I am to be out of it all! Hope tomorrow is a better day

    Today was tough from eating perspective and being exhausted..... speaking at hospitals from 7am to 9pm and hospitals literally have the worst food but I took walks around the hospital (in high heels so counts extra right lol) between sessions....
