Thanks for being here everyone. I had a great weekend celebrating my 60th. Tons of exercise hiking, biking up in Stowe, VT. Didn't deprive myself from the great food, it all balanced out!

Going away for a week (hopefully seeing some polar bears!), so may not make it for weigh in next week. Have a great week everyone! Kick butt!2 -
Been an exciting week. Glycogen depletion, carb reload. Back to just below maintenance cals for a bit. Lost almost 3 lbs of water weight. Went up 2 pounds, dipped down again and back up again. Might go down again, most probably will halt at this weight. Am on a constant 2220ish goal at the moment. Not logging exercise and have cut out the extra walking I have been doing as recommended on a diet break. Am considering keeping half an hour walks per day, but feeling a little tired at the moment from the pretty full-on workouts. Now I have a cold, blah! Here's to next week...

No drama's I can add an extra line for you one for bulk, one for cut.
and don't be overdoing it you , I tried to keep up my strength training workouts at full whack whilst doing C25K back in June, it wiped me out and I got so rungry it was unreal.1 -
