Day 3
Off schedule today, so I did 20 minutes on the Nordic Trak right after breakfast, and then laterf I still managed to get in 10141 steps at the end of the day.
Calories were great, made up for eating the exercise calories yesterday.

Exercise: Yes! Walked with my doggies. We were gone for an hour and a half but most of it was them fetching the ball, I guesstimate about 30 mins of it was walking
Calorie budget: yea! I’m getting done work and soo want to eat but I’m staying strong!
Tracked everything: yup. It’s telling me I can’t have a snack after my evening shift lol1 -

I made excellent choices at a Mexican buffet tonight. I'm so thankful for this challenge.2 -
Nice dinner with friends. Usually we avoid chain restaurants in favor of locally owned. I have to admit it was nice tonight at a chain -PJ Brewhouse, to have the calories for everything printed on the menu. It made it easier to track and stay under calories. Dipped a little into my calories that a earned from Zumba. But that's what they are there for if I need them.
@ashsmile78 you asked about handling holiday goodies. We get trays and baskets of all kinds of treats continually at work. It starts at Thanksgiving and doesn't stop until the new year. I will eat only homemade so that cuts down a lot, then to only homemade that I don't see any other time of the year. Chocolate chip cookies I will pass. But maybe have a peanut butter hershey blossom or a rum ball.5 -

Exercised - yes, treadmill for 30 minutes, over 14,000 steps at this point based on my fitbit - did a lot of house work in addition to treadmill.

This is a very trying time for me (stress) and I am a stress eater. So far doing good. Tomorrow will be the hardest. I lost my sister 7 yrs ago tomorrow. Pray for me that I can stay on track tomorrow. if not, I will use a pass day.3 -

Yep, I played basketball with my husband and kids and walked for 40 minutes.

Yep, despite the little bag of chips I ate at my daughter's school event. I'm happy to say that I stayed away from the hotdogs! On another note, I killed it with the protein!

It was such a long day at work...burnt 2284 calories...yikes...opened amd moved 86 boxes of 75 lb wrapping paper. I'm going tobe so sore tomorrow. My butt is already killing me...and my knees...uuhhhggg
Today is my DD Dilyn's 12th birthday...so we were out to supper. I tracked before we even went. Tomorrow is the family/friends party...should be a good day. ☺2 -

Exercise - Yes. Back/hip too sore for long dog walk so did 20mins sacroiliac joint stretches, plus modified push-ups, squats and modified (non-impact - i.e. Non-jumping!) jumping jacks

We saw Bad moms Christmas! We saw the first Bad moms movie together so it was only appropriate to see the second together it has Mila Kunis and Kristen Bell in it- it's absolutely hilarious! Just one of your typical comedy movies but I think the girls in it are so funny1 -

30 minutes stepping on and off my balance board to a Maroon 5 CD and tried to do a variety of stepping variations to change things up.
