I eat what I want but portion sizes are key for me. I stick vehemently to portion and serving sizes to ensure I stay (usually) under my calorie goal. I also weigh and measure a lot of my food daily.
On another note, our visitor has turned out to be a lot of fun and very interesting. He’s moving to Belize for a business venture and I think we will go for a visit. Could be a potential retirement country…4 -

I unfortunately have to use a pass day today:( I have been so out of it today due to being sick I cannot even tell what i ate, when I ate it or how many steps I took:/ it's horrible. (Thank you 6 year old child!) Hope to be back to reality some tomorrow!2

It's been a busy weekend and I haven't been feeling great, but I still managed to log everything. I love how easy this app makes it.

Exercised?: Yes, walked about 6000 steps total with 30 minutes of that being a walk around the neighborhood with my little one.

Exercised?: Yes. Barely, because I felt pretty under the weather, but I logged 35 minutes of walking.

Nov. 5th
Exercised?: Yes. still feeling like crap and I think my fibromyalgia is flaring up, so i did an easy paced 20 minute walk around the neighborhood, plus a quick grocery run. I totalled 4000 steps.
Calories?: Yes.

Hopefully I get to feeling a bit better soon and can get back to my loftier activity goals, but at least I've been keeping up with the minimum even with feeling unwell.4 -

Exercise yes was on vacation. Walked the halls at hotel and used the fitness room. Also did a caverns tour and it was up and down and rough terrain.

I have been diligent with my UAC challenge. I'm in a bit of a slump. I haven't lost any weight for a couple of weeks and just a couple of pounds last month. A bit discouraging. I'll still be plugging along. I only have 12 lbs to go for goal weight so will be patient. Still feeling really good about my fitness improvement.
I'm behind on checking the comments. Will do later. Keep up the good work all!!
@craigo3154 I agree about the refined wheat or any flour. I do still eat wheat but I chose the sprouted and organic bread. There are so few nutrients in the overly processed grains. I don't go overboard though. I find my body needs whole grains for energy because my blood pressure runs low.2 -
Still a pass day, though I did clean some of the basement and got 13,000, after a lot of 484 steps when I wasn't feeling well, so I'm back on the mend. Hubby is in with me to eat right and get in shape tomorrow, so I'm extra motivated.4

OMG, I was stopping by to check posts and just noticed I put in September instead of November. Looks like I'm losing it!! I'm thinking that was before my 1st cup of coffee. Oh well, guess I can blame the confusion on the time change. I was in the Eastern time zone Sunday--I live in the Central time zone so I essentially lost 2 hours--1
