Daily calorie/carb/protein intake recommendation?

I am new to Keto. Can someone help me? What should I set up my daily protein, calorie, carb intake when I go to log in my food each day? Thanks so much.

70-75% fat intake, 5-10% carb intake and the rest protein. too much protein can also turn to glucose, so be careful. you also have to factor in how much fiber and deduct that from your carbs because MFP doesn't do it.3

It might be helpful to enter your stats into a keto macro calculator to get a specific goal for your body and lifestyle. I'm at 70 fat/ 25 protein/5 carbs. Hacking MFP to be more keto friendly was a game changer for me. Here's the link if you want to give it a try:
