This is how some people feel about a Pass Day.
But...

When you choose to take a Pass Day it feels like this!
@pears734 is right. Take a look at her post yesterday.
BTW: If you do have more than 3 Pass Days, you are not thrown off the UAC island.

Exercised?: Yes. Walked 4 Km in 32 mins (hills).
Calories?: Yes.
Tracked?: Yes.
Public holiday today for a horse race. Managed to get walk in before catching the race on TV.
Need to fly interstate tomorrow (return on Thursday night). (So early morning walk tomorrow). Get to try out how portable my strength routine is .
@RangerRickL. I am in the sadness category for pass day (cannot remember the last one I had).
I do not begrudge others pass days. I know I have them if I need them. However, with my diet and exercise habits now entrenched, it needs to be something extraordinary for me to take a pass day.
(The real test of my habits is tomorrow and Thursday when I travel for work - plane/travel food and limited time and space for exercise).

Morning all,
It's been hectic here with one thing or other, but been staying on track with logging and calories.
Went on a bike ride on Saturday, got to my destination, locked up my bike and had a coffee and walk round. Got back to my bike to find I'd gotten a puncture and no repair kit.
Well, I did have a repair kit, but after I looked for it in my bike bag I realized I'd borrowed it a friend which I'd forgot until that point, and he never gave it me back, lol.
So had to walk a good 3 quarters of the way back home, before another rider was kind enough to lend me his puncture repair kit. Won't be making that mistake again, lol - just glad I wasn't too far from home.
Sunday, I was invited by a friend to a fireworks display at the football stadium the next town over, so spent a lovely evening with her and the kids.
Monday was manic. My daughter needed a new wardrobe, so that got delivered yesterday afternoon and I built it up for her before she got home from college.
Also had smart meters installed yesterday and I needed to put a new inner tube on my bike as the puncture repair from Saturday didn't hold - so that got sorted too, then I need to get into town, so its been a full few days!
Today, is more slower thank heavens, lol. Have an Opticians appoint' later today and a few bits to get from town while I'm there, but that will be my exercise for today, as I need a rest, lol.
@pears734 - great post sweetie.
@luluinca and @fightingthetideofaging - I too am an early riser and I'm out the door on my jog before I start the rest of my day. I find this works better for me and my lifestyle, but I find it hard to get my head in gear if I don't start the day with a good run, lol.
Have a terrific Tuesday everyone!5 -
Rick that picture is perfect for how I feel when I go to the branch. LOL I am totally blue.
Pass days I am okay with usually I am tired or sick and just need a rest day.
Exercise done I am hoping to stay at the main office today fingers are crossed.5 -

Exercised?: Yes.
Calories?: Yes.
Tracked?: Yes.
Walked into town, had my appointment, walked round town and back home again.
Off on a bike ride later tonight with a friend, we're not going far, about a hour and a half ride but a bit hilly, but didn't know that when I made my first post earlier. So much for a rest day, lol.
Will take the woofies for a hours walk before teatime.
Can't post distance and steps as the day isn't over yet, but calories are just under at 1216/1220, which includes tea, and a snack and hot choc later tonight when I get back, which today I'm sure I'll need - it's blooming freezing.
I must be mad going out again tonight - still if this was last year I wasn't doing anything as I was ill from November through into Jan so I'd rather stay as active as possible.
Just wear some extra layers!
@craigo3154 - Good luck for tomorrow and Thursday. I hope you find a balance between travel, food and exercise. Have a good flight.

Lovely sunny day here again, but cooler (slight frost this morning, dogs not impressed). Loads of bright stars in a clear sky when I let dogs out for an early wee at 5:30 this morning.7 -

65 minutes of Zumba. Tracked and under with calories. I was at a social meeting tonight and the person next to me reminded me there was carrot cake and gingerbread. I said thanks but I was not interested tonight. So she brings me back a huge piece of cake and puts it at my spot. She said she was sure I really did want it. I smiled at her and said not really and let it sit there untouched. Not sure of her motivation. Maybe she thought she was being nice? Figured best thing was not make a big deal out of it but I definitely wasn't going to eat it.
