First week down. Was slightly disappointed the weight loss wasn’t more given that week 1 of a diet for me usually yields at least double that. Reminding myself that this is a lifestyle change.

Not a good week. Been sick, taking steroids, TOM, and craving foods. Should go back down once everything balances out with my health again.1 -

Quite a small loss this week but I did get my wisdom teeth out on Tuesday so my diet has not been the same as it has been lately. I might be retaining water from sodium in the soups I’ve been eating. We’ll see how things go next week!1 -
