Next stage of my journey

I am nearly a week past my surgery, having had my gallbladder removed, I am already feeling better although I have been living on toast so am now ready to get back on track. I am going to try to start by going to lower carb to begin with as not sure how my stomach will feel on too much meat yet, but my ultimate goal is to get back to carnivore - I think as long as my stomach copes with the meat then I will be jumping back on track fairly quickly but I do know that this may have to be taken a little more slowly.

Feeling so much more comfortable- I haven’t had any of the previous stomach pains since the removal just the pain from the surgery itself so can’t wait to get healthy again

SO glad to read that you're doing better! :) It's a good idea to start out slow and easy with your food choices while you continue to recover from the surgery. Just remember, one day at a time.
