It is November!
How are we going to stay out of hibernation? I really like to walk outside, so now there are no bugs . But the cold is creeping in. So out with the mini trampoline.... I have a lot of sitting work to do this month, so getting my miles in this month is really going to be a challenge. Curling starts next week and I don't feel my legs are ready... So we best get at it.
How are you, my friends, going to do in November?

- 15 days over 10,000 steps
- 80 oz of water per day
- Leslie Sansone DVD 3 x's per week
This week - 10 mins each day on mini trampoline
Nov 1 - 1.86 miles - tried a new recipe with ground turkey. Yummy!
