National Scrapple Day.
A totally American food limited to 5 of the 50 for good reason.

World Quality Day.
Today we can buy quality goods from Japanese owned American corporations headquartered in Ireland and made in China.

Chaos Never Dies Day.
This was originally celebrated in the Capitol building, but has now been embraced by the Whitehouse.

World Usability Day.
Think door knobs or toilets, but not bidets. Who wouldn't know how to use them?

Go to an Art Museum Today Day.
Is there anything more thrilling for a guy? Probably something like breaking a toe.

Couch Beachcombing Day.
French fries, Legos, loose change, the cat? There are amazing finds behind those cushions if you squeeze your hand back there.

Birthdays:
Nicholas Scott Lachey, 43
Mark Sloan, 44
Louis Jude Ferrigno, 65

I probably will not be eating scrapple today. But, thanks for the reminder.

My guess is: PA and OH are two of the five? They are the only places I lived in/near where I heard it mentioned.

I would guess adjoining states like Jersey, NY, WV or Maryland.

Scrapple is best known as a rural American food of the Mid-Atlantic states (Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Virginia).

I was wrong on Ohio. I lived in Youngstown OH when I first heard about scrapple, it is very near the PA border.
