Frozen Avocado Chunks

Hi there, I bought these at Costco but don't know what to do with them other than making smoothies. Does anyone have any suggestions, or any uses for them? I haven't tried thawing them, just using them frozen in smoothies. I would love to be able to find more uses for them though.

Thanks for your tips!

mix with a prawn and paleo mayo dressing and serve in cocktail glasses. (Thaw it first).

We don't have frozen avocado chunks here in the UK.

    I'm oddly relieved....

They don't thaw well, at least if you freeze them yourself. The texture changes. I would only use them in pureed or cooked applications. Maybe an avocado pudding/ice cream type thing - like in place of frozen banana chunks?

Ah. We don't have a big on near us, only a smaller branch, and I've never seen it there. Will look again, but don't think they stock it....

We also have an Asda in town that's about the size of a football pitch, and they claim to be a 'smaller branch' because their stock profile is pretty basic.
