Ive been under 20g of carbs for a week and 2 days. I havent had any "keto flu" like symptoms. Im just wondering if you are guaranteed to feel like crap if youre in ketosis and feel fine if not?

The majority of Keto flu symptoms comes from nothing more than electrolyte deficiency. If you are keeping your sodium up, you probably won't have any symptoms. I knew to keep sodium up between 3,000-5,000mg and so I had no keto flu.
Some people might end up with stomach upset from the abrupt change in diet, but I never did. Now when I had too much CO in the coffee at first, then that was unpleasant...2 -

No. I never had keto flu or felt like crap when eating only 20 grams of carbs.0

Yep same...luckily never experienced keto flu myself, but then it is 100% avoidable as previously mentioned.0

Yup same for me but I eat a lot of salt normally so I guess this has been why.0

No flu necessary. Eat salt and make sure you are getting enough magnesium.2
