Hello and thanks in advance,
I made oopsi roll danish - oopsi rolls with cream cheese and a few strawberries dropped in the center.
They fell all to pieces. It tasted really good but they were flat and flimsy.
Any ideas? Other than protein powder..

almond flour bread and buns. 5-6 ingredients (great), but the crust is not as tough as I would like. It is a good low-carb substitute for wheat-based buns.0
