Fasting with Keto

I don't know how many others are fasting along with going ketogenic.
I have been since I started eating initially twice a day, and now just once a day sticking to a intermittent fasting schedule.
I think I am ready to at least try a longer fast, given my work schedule this week looks like I am going for 60+ hour (water only) fast. So eating at Wednesday night 7ish then breaking the fast Saturday afternoon when we will be celebrating thanksgiving.
Please comment how fasting has worked, or not worked for you, or anything else you might wanna share on the topic!

I've been doing IF for a few weeks and really notice a difference. Planning on fasting after Thanksgiving .. shooting for 48 hours (although I'll be including electrolytes). My goal is to include regular fasting as part of my keto plan. Would really help me to know how you're able to fit all of your nutrient/calorie requirements into one meal .. I'm struggling with that.
Would love to compare notes! I know someone that is on day 14 of a 30 day fast and claims she's feeling great. She's drinking bone broth each day so I guess it isn't a true fast but still impressive!
Feel free to add me if you'd like a motivation buddy!1 -

Don't know if I am fitting everything in but I am taking a multivitamin & magnesium just before eating.
My meals have consisted of 80% fat, 15 % protein, 5% carb
My go to meal: is 6 eggs 2 pieces of bacon, 4 tbsp of coconut oil, 1 cup of spinach, 2 cups broccoli, 60g of macadamia nuts.0
