Opinion needed on which monitor for Ketosis
I purchased MyFitnessPal Premium so I could track my macros. Does MyFitnessPal track macros if you not pay for the premium? My second question is in regards to the devices that monitor ketosis. Are the ones that you breathe into effective or do you suggest the ones that utilize test strips?

Confused
Somewhat new to Keto...I always have an iced coffee protein shake for breakfast - coffee, heavy whipping cream and protein. I know there are carbs in the protein powder, but any ideas why my coffee and heavy whipping cream are showing up with carbs when I enter them?
Keto Beginner Need Advice
I started keto 4 days ago and every day have had trouble getting enough fat in my diet. I am logging all food in the MyFitness app. The only carbs I’ve had are the ones in vegetables. I am using 70% fat, 25% protein, 5% carb as a daily goal. Any suggestions? I’m getting frustrated. I tested and am not in Ketosis yet.…
