Hello! I am looking for friends in MFP that are following a Keto lifestyle, regardless of how you do it smiley: I am looking for friends that we can share snack and meal ideas! I share my diary. I know it sounds lame but I am not starting until July 26 for various reasons but I have been Keto before and I absolutely love it!
