I've been doing some light weights for a while now. I would be glad to heavy lift but I can't afford a gym membership at the moment. Any recommendations on what to do? I keep seeing this stress on heavy lifting. I'm not being lazy or cheap; if I could I would be in a gym.

Thanks for any help!

Second hand stuff is a cheap way to train at home. Check out gumtree perhaps for ur local area?

Remember that lifting heavy is relative.
So if this week you are lifting 2 pounds, and next month you are lifting 2 1/2 pounds, that is heavy.....for you!
You don’t have to rush and buy the entire home gym at once. Just a couple of pieces at a time, find some bargains on Craigslist.
Kiki did s great video on the basics she keeps under her bed while family is staying for thanksgiving and she can’t use her full gym.
