Today is try and recoup a lost day. Spent the day chilling with mom as she was sick. I did really well in the just sit and do what ever she asked. We did some shopping online. My daughter's cat decided to camp out on my lap. Mom has been watching her for 4 days and she hasn't come near her or my dad. Mom was devastated animals just like me I am very non threatening. My mom said what hurt the most was the fact I didn't call her or coax her she just looked for me. She has been feeding her and giving her treats. I just walk in and go Nana' s here where is my little muffin and she comes to great me at the door then we just go our separate ways till she wants me. Lol yesterday she wanted to snuggle.
So back to my chores and I got a new exercise dvd I want to try. Have a great day!3 -

Pass Day. Was my dad's 70th birthday and I made the choice to go with the flow. Well, I still declined seconds of anything and alcohol as I was driving so could have been worse! Tracked it and bout 200calories over. Ah well!2 -

YES. BIG ACCOMPLISHMENT FOR ME LATELY.

YES. LOGGED EVERYTHING IN MY FOOD DIARY WHICH I OFTEN DON'T AS I FIND IT TIME CONSUMING AND IRRITATING EVEN THOUGH I KNOW IT IS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND BENEFICIAL.2 -

I felt like I would push myself more if I could see steps or distance or even calories burned throughout the day so I bought a Fitbit blaze on Black Friday. Not positive how well it’ll track but it might motivate me more.2 -

3 Yes for me (barely) but carbs are creeping back in (wine, potatoes, bread mainly) and I'm feeling decidedly sluggish and fat. Husband's birthday today, lunch out tomorrow, the back on the straight and narrow! I have just over 2 weeks until my Christmas visitor arrives, complete with her dog, so I'm determined to get a solid 2 weeks of no alcohol and healthy eating under my belt. Hope everyone else is having a better time of it!1
