    Still bouncing between 166 and 168...average weight for 2 weeks maintenance (average 2700 cals) is therefore 167lbs.

    Loss this week of 1lb.

    Today onwards is surplus time. 2740 cals here I come! Probably will be more. Have a great end of week all! See you next week!

    I didn’t post here last week but when I weighed myself on Friday morning (day after thanksgiving) I had gained 1.1 lbs from the week before. It was expected because I definitely ate more than I wanted for most of that week lol. Now, that pound is off along with some bonus weight. Onward we go

    Hi all! I've been so busy throughout the month of November that I didn't step on the scale basically the entire month. But I'm back for December! I'll start this week with the weight I was at last weigh in and then today as well. Glad to be back!

    Hmmm - second week with no change. Not sure what’s going on. I’m going to try a 3 day detox - hopefully that will kickstart some positive results!

    @chardonais21 you don't necessarily see loss on the scale every week, it's fairly normal to go a couple of weeks without any loss, water retention from hormones, sodium intake, macro balance, new exercise, etc.
