Welcome to December! Here is a photo of the Christmas Tree that was lit yesterday in Rockefeller Center here in NYC. I’m staying at a hotel a few blocks from the tree.8 -

Congratulations to all those that made the winners circle and for those who didn't but still continued to log and post regularly - well done to each of you and I wish you all the best for the month ahead.
So cold here in my part of the UK and we had snow yesterday evening. Really cold today as well, but been out for a 5 mile walk this morning before work, so trying not to hide myself away and hibernate for the winter - even though I would like nothing better, lol.
Gonna really try and stick with the logging this month, Christmas week and Day will be hard, but plenty of exercise should help curb those extra calories - just need to keep my hands out of the chocolate's tin!
I wish you all luck in the days leading up to Christmas, I imagine it will be more harder for some depending on families and plans for the holidays, but I hope you manage to find a way to balance the festivities without spoiling the fun!
Goals for November:
To keep active outside despite the cold weather.
Keep logging and tracking throughout the Christmas holidays.
Be in December's winners circle.
Post here daily, reply to posts and encourage others.

Day 1 exercise is done. Not going to lie it was slow going after swim last night. My boss stopped in yesterday and she goes see you at the branch tomorrow. I teased and said I think it might be another Xmas cardigan day. She goes you will fit right in. They decorated it looks like somebody puked up Xmas everywhere!!!! The main office we decorate but it's very little a few plants and a tree. Hopefully this will be my last time for a long time. Have a great day everyone!!!!3

Very wet day. Only stopped raining round 5:00pm, but expecting more in the morning. 40 minute walk was one of the few breaks in the work day today.
It is 1:00am (again) and I need sleep. Will post more in the morning. Thank goodness tomorrow is Saturday and I get a chance to catch up on some sleep.

Exercise: Yes. (90 min walking) First time in my life I appreciate the awful transportation plan and obstacles of this city since I started trying to lose weight. It makes me walk at least 30 min everyday.

Pass day.
I did walk for over 20 minutes. I plan to exercise more today. I did track what I ate & drank so far.
Although my day has not ended yet, I know I will be over my calorie budget for today. I work nightshift last night. I should had drank more water because I confuse my desire for something sweet with my need to drink water. I was tired and ate more sweets for quick energy too.
I should had stick to my food plan but I didn't. I am determined to be successful tomorrow.5 -
My plan is to eat only my maintaince calories. It is possible if I continue to exercise today and eat healthy, I may have a calorie deficit today.1

I've decided to switch from logging food on mfp, to just writing it in a notebook. I'm going to try that this month to see if that helps me log consistently. My one goal for November - just write everything down!1 -

Exercise: yes. Pilates, weights, and walking a festival downtown tonight.
Calories: miraculously under. Did do good eating at the festival. I shared a funnel cake with four teenagers and the vultures hogged it all, lol!
