Since it is no longer 1:00am here I will post my personal results for last month, and the goals for this month.craigo3154 wrote: »November 1

Goals for November:- Be in winners circle (track everything, keep under budget, 20+ mins exercise per day, no more than 3 pass days)
- Stay between 64kg and 75kg (full maintenance maintenance trying not to go too low but allow it to bounce up a bit too. Feeling fine spending the entire of last month well under 70kg, seems now like for me it should be healthy and sustainable. Still have 75kg as my upper limit as it is still just in normal BMI range for me.)
- Stay honest (even if it puts me out of the circle for the month) and continue past failings (forgive mistakes and keep moving forward)
- Encourage others where possible
Forgot to do a review of my months goals in my daily post.- Be in winners circle (Success)
- Stay between 64kg and 75kg (Success - Dropped as low as 65.1, but was 65.7 as of this morning. Never went over 67kg.)
- Stay honest (Success - No truth "colouring" this month I can recall.)
- Encourage others where possible (For others to decide - I feel as if I was not as "present" this month as previous months. Although checking in daily and helping out Rick, could not devote as much time to UAC as I wanted. This is my busy season at my chosen profession. All members of UAC make up a fantastic group and I want each and every one of you to succeed.)
Congratulations to all who made circle in November.
Congratulations too to all who kept going in November, even after the fourth pass day.

I find publicly stating goals helps me stay focused to achieve them. Like the daily accountability. Knowing I will also later need to answer to them makes me even more likely to stick to them.

Exercise-yes
Tracking-no
Calories- probably yes3 -
Excercise-40 minutes strength training, 10 minutes abs, 30 minutes elliptical
Calories- logged and just barely under!
I was afraid Friday night dinner and drinks with friends would ruin me but I pulled it off4 -
Bad start to December I'm sorry to say - so not looking good for the Winners Circle this month either. Had fish and chips for lunch in a local restaurant (rare treat in rural France!) then shopping in small local supermarket. Car refused to start when we had finished shopping so had to wait about 1hr for a breakdown truck to come and boost-start it, getting increasingly cold, fed up and stressed. It's bad enough dealing with this stuff anyway, and the language difference adds extra stress. Now need a new battery, so more expense - just what I need in the holiday season. To finish the day in style it snowed! Still, at least the dogs were happy. Long-winded way of saying today was a failure. Tomorrow will be better.
I will think about my goals for the month and post tomorrow.3 -

Exercise: YES- Dancing is my favorite form of exercise.
Calories: YES- I really want to say "totally dude!"
Tracking: YES- I do it as soon as anything is going into my mouth. Can't risk forgetting to count calories. It's always easy to forget the slice of cake.4
