Since it is no longer 1:00am here I will post my personal results for last month, and the goals for this month.craigo3154 wrote: »November 1

Goals for November:- Be in winners circle (track everything, keep under budget, 20+ mins exercise per day, no more than 3 pass days)
- Stay between 64kg and 75kg (full maintenance maintenance trying not to go too low but allow it to bounce up a bit too. Feeling fine spending the entire of last month well under 70kg, seems now like for me it should be healthy and sustainable. Still have 75kg as my upper limit as it is still just in normal BMI range for me.)
- Stay honest (even if it puts me out of the circle for the month) and continue past failings (forgive mistakes and keep moving forward)
- Encourage others where possible
Forgot to do a review of my months goals in my daily post.- Be in winners circle (Success)
- Stay between 64kg and 75kg (Success - Dropped as low as 65.1, but was 65.7 as of this morning. Never went over 67kg.)
- Stay honest (Success - No truth "colouring" this month I can recall.)
- Encourage others where possible (For others to decide - I feel as if I was not as "present" this month as previous months. Although checking in daily and helping out Rick, could not devote as much time to UAC as I wanted. This is my busy season at my chosen profession. All members of UAC make up a fantastic group and I want each and every one of you to succeed.)
Congratulations to all who made circle in November.
Congratulations too to all who kept going in November, even after the fourth pass day.
Personal for December:- Be in winners circle (track everything, keep under budget, 20+ mins exercise per day, no more than 3 pass days).

I find publicly stating goals helps me stay focused to achieve them. Like the daily accountability. Knowing I will also later need to answer to them makes me even more likely to stick to them.

Exercise-yes
Tracking-no
Calories- probably yes3 -
Excercise-40 minutes strength training, 10 minutes abs, 30 minutes elliptical
Calories- logged and just barely under!
I was afraid Friday night dinner and drinks with friends would ruin me but I pulled it off4 -
Bad start to December I'm sorry to say - so not looking good for the Winners Circle this month either. Had fish and chips for lunch in a local restaurant (rare treat in rural France!) then shopping in small local supermarket. Car refused to start when we had finished shopping so had to wait about 1hr for a breakdown truck to come and boost-start it, getting increasingly cold, fed up and stressed. It's bad enough dealing with this stuff anyway, and the language difference adds extra stress. Now need a new battery, so more expense - just what I need in the holiday season. To finish the day in style it snowed! Still, at least the dogs were happy. Long-winded way of saying today was a failure. Tomorrow will be better.
I will think about my goals for the month and post tomorrow.3 -

December 1st
Excersice: Yes! I am dog sitting for my parents, so took the pup on a 20 minute walk before work and then again after work! Also did Beachbody’s T-25, Day 1 which was 25 minutes of Cardio (holy butt kicking)
Calories: Significantly under. I am also prescribed an appetite surpressant right now so this area will be a continuous focus area to make sure I am making right choices on the calories I am putting in. Proud moment, my best friend and 2 god children came to visit and ordered pizza for dinner and I stuck to my meal plan while smelling the delicious cheesyness of the pizza.
Logging: Yes3 -
Congratulations to all those that made the winner's circle and those that continued reporting after taking their 3 passes. Well done!
I was not good the last half of November and off to a bad start yesterday so hoping for a pass for December 1st.
I'm trying to figure out where I went wrong as I was doing so well the first half of November. I think perhaps I signed up for too many challenges, and when I couldn't stay on top of everything, just gave up. Not trying to make excuses, just trying to figure out what went wrong so I can improve my results in December.
Goal this month:
Limit the challenges I am participating in and put all my effort into those I do participate in, which includes the UAC. I am in two other challenges, which automatically extended beyond November, but have not signed up for any of the other monthly challenges I participated in last month.

@craig, thanks for acknowledging those of us that didn't quite make the winner's circle, but stuck around.
My goals for November were to drink less, and I did well until Thanksgiving, then went back to my old habits for the rest of the month. I was in maintenance, and succeeded. My weigh has held steady. I've been letting go of stress, instead of allowing it gnaw away at my brain. I'm getting there, by observing it, acknowledging it, then letting it go. This conscious practice if helping me, which in turn, keeps me from stress eating, drinking etc.
For December: No drinking during the week, except holiday parties. Continue maintenance eating, but work in more veg, less cheese and butter.
