    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes. I stay below my maintenance calories and did not use exercise calories

    Two and half hours of cardio. Hadn't plan it that way but it happened! Way under calories even with going out with friends. Tracked.

    For exercise, I almost ran out of time! I almost forgot! I’ve been so busy today with my 4-week-old baby and trying to nap when she naps! But I knocked it out! Ran up and down the stairs and did lunges, squats, crunches, etc. for 25 minutes! And feeling better for it ☺️

    Logged: yes, a few guesses on measurements as I was grazing at a party but I did the best I could

    Dec 2nd pass day.

    I took my eye off the ball so busy an I ran over calories very slightly.

    All food and drink logged.

    60 minutes walk and 30 minutes static bike.

    So the calorie part was a fail today!!
