Dec 2nd pass day.
I took my eye off the ball so busy an I ran over calories very slightly.
All food and drink logged.
60 minutes walk and 30 minutes static bike.
So the calorie part was a fail today!!1 -

Umm, not such a great start.
Exercise, yes, even some extra. 10,775 steps, plus about 30 minutes dumbbells and Nordic Trak.
BUT, over on the calories. Kept track until over the total, then just opened another bottle of wine, and kept the party going.
