Phase 2 Week #2, Weigh In

Good morning skinny puppies - are we ready for a new week? This week we're going to try something new, I have a sheet for you to download and track items in. I'm keeper of the sheet so I'm not eligible for the very not-real prizes such as the mighty fruit basket which will be awarded via JPEG. I'm taking myself out of the competition but I'll still track stuff too for fun and giggles. If this works out we might do a more formal launch and something fancier in the new year, I did't want to build an interactive form and then have no one interested.

Hello after my long absence. Going to be trying to be more active about checking in from now on.
Anyway, I have great news: today I hit a new low for my adult life at 195.7 pounds! Dunno if I should count the change since I didn't weigh in last week, though.

Wont be able to weigh in till Wednesday but here's yesterday's weight. 149.6. Down 0.4lbs from last week2
