Let's do this one a couple times this week.

Take is easy and be careful of your knees.
And do this one twice, unless you have stairs and can climb 250 stairs a day for two days.

I can't do the ape hop, so it will have to be an ape walk...bwahahahah!

The Chaser workout is horrible...jumping all over...knee bending...ugh. ApeX done and the Stairs done once.

Technically you just have to do your best. And you always do your best. Jumping is for the Olympics. Mine is not so bad.

Thanks, Shelley. A couple of time in the past, I've been all full of myself...oh, no problem, I can do this...then I'm benched for six or eight weeks. Not worth it at all. I modify where I need to. And Ronan has changed up a lot of things. I have to be more aware when I'm picking him up. Egads, he move so fast tho! Such a love!

Well those jumps were a bit of a challenge. I had to talk myself into them. I did use my Rebok step for these though.
