Creating healthy habits is just like exercising a muscle, the more healthy decisions you make, the stronger your will to make those same decisions again. Just because you have a bad day, doesn't mean you failed. Just let it go and try again next time. It may take time, but practicing healthy habits will turn into a lifestyle on its own.

Last of the prepping for family today. Hoovered the whole of the upstairs and the bannisters & staircase which is my least favourite thing to do, (mainly because they are bigger than average stairs). All I have to do now is wait for tomorrow’s BA275 LHR to LAS1 -
