    Kept getting pulled into meetings at work so I didn't get a chance to walk in the sun. Then something was going on with traffic in my neighborhood so I got home about an hour later than expected. Still did a pilates DVD, and finally started eating dinner at 8pm. This makes for a long day, but I'm glad I managed to do the pilates through the exhaustion. It's nice to do something that is just for me.

    Did yard work for 3 hours and spent over 2 hours organizing and sorting garage, Ended up with over 15,000 steps and so proud of my accomplishments today. Wish I could be that productive everyday. I also did several loads of laundry.

    Exercise yes Caught up on office work today. Will resort to using the "clean house" for 1 hour which I did. Will be more active tomorrow.

    Creating healthy habits is just like exercising a muscle, the more healthy decisions you make, the stronger your will to make those same decisions again. Just because you have a bad day, doesn't mean you failed. Just let it go and try again next time. It may take time, but practicing healthy habits will turn into a lifestyle on its own.

    Last of the prepping for family today. Hoovered the whole of the upstairs and the bannisters & staircase which is my least favourite thing to do, (mainly because they are bigger than average stairs). All I have to do now is wait for tomorrow’s BA275 LHR to LAS
