Wondering if anyone has used these products, reading about them on their website has me intrigued.

I use it and love it. My sister claims it has a "taste" and won't eat it.1

I use it to make biscuits, it helps with my bread cravings, though it is a little pricey. I personally like it for biscuits, though I am not sure about any of the recipes on the box, I haven't tried them yet.1

I used the carbalose flour as a breading for chicken. An hour later I felt like I could eat everything in the house. Blood sugar was 160 when I tested. Not sure if anyone else ever had a problem with it, but I don't trust those products any more.5
