Oooh is this the slow rise? I have had a gain on the scale finally and it seems to be sticking. So I reckon my first half pound gain is here/on the way. *smiling*

My eating has been pretty good but I need to start exercising more during the week. On the weekends I always go to the gym but I never seem to make the time on weekdays, so that’s my goal!1 -

Forgot to change over to pounds as I planned to - oops.
I am starting Week 1 of Year 2 as a reset, I have reset my start weight in MFP to reflect this. So....
SW: 217.2lbs on 1st December 2017
LW: 217.5lbs
TW: 221.7lbs
Variance: +4.2lbs
Loss Year 2: 0lbs
Loss Year 1 (Dec 2016-2017): 38.5lbs
I can put this week's rise down to Shark Week, pizza and an intense exercise week. I have stuck to my deficit, balanced my macros better in general so pretty pleased despite the gain. Week 1 of my December countdown challenge is going well in all.
