I didn't watch the video but from personal experience, once I healed post surgery I had a bit more capacity, which is to be expected, and at over 4 years out I feel I still have most of the restriction I had in the beginning. Different foods will fill me up differently though, such as solid protein like meat vs. a softer protein like yogurt. The solid protein for sure makes me feel fuller.1
