Accountability thread!

Options
Sometimes it's hard to stay on track when you don't have something -- or someone -- holding you accountable. This will (hopefully) help with that! Introduce yourself by posting your stats (if you're comfortable with it), your goals, and anything you want to include in our post. Post as often, or as little as you like! Even just once every few days can be enough to help some people, though it's much more fun to have a daily conversation!

    Yesterday I fasted, not totally on purpose. I just felt like if I ate something, I'd feel sick, so I instead opted to guzzle down water and green tea while I was at work! When I got home around midnight, I did manage to get down a few cups of spinach and some ranch dressing. Weighed myself this morning and I went down again! Yay! Today I prepared a bunch of hardboiled eggs and dipped them in sriracha (YUM), and for dinner I made spiraled zucchini with fresh tomato sauce and fresh mozzarella cheese! So good!
