Good morning everybody!
Look at our cute new picture!
Hope that everybody had a great weekend. Just realized that I am in the office for only seven more business days! Five this week and two next week. Wow.... Where did 2017 go? CrAzY!
Not much happening here. Just a typical Monday, Light Day! Last week of 5:2 for the year for me. Then I'll stick myself on maintenence starting on Friday give or take. We had our office Holiday Luncheon on Friday, which was lovely. Then we have another one this coming Friday - just a smaller group. Looking forward to that one too. Better restaurant.
Funny thing that my guy and I noticed recently about our revised Light Day lunch of our kale salad with blueberries, mango, and quinoa - MORE ENERGY! Who'd a thunk it? In the past we'd be a little tired and draggy come dinner time and at night even after our dinner. Lately, not so much. Got to love kale and fruit.
Okay, let me hit send so you can see this post. Have a great day and see you soon!

Hey all, still crazy busy but didn't want to duck out entirely! I have five days of work this week, then three full days and a half day next week, then my kids have Christmas break
@Meghan509 congrats on being in the 160s! As far as your salad, do you think it's the fruit or the quinoa that is giving you more energy?
Also, a new gym is opening tomorrow near me, and they have lots of classes. I'm hoping to find something that works for me. My sister is going to check it out and give me all the details so that I don't have to sit through a sales pitch.2 -
Crazy here, but good! Hey, what fun holidays banner. My kitties are preening here!
So @mamainthekitchen yes final flavored water is fantastic! Lots of people don’t cook with the fennel stalks and greens at the top, I have found. Well they can put those stalks and leaves into water and put it in the refrigerator. A few hours later there is a very fresh slightly licorice taste to the water!
@Meghan509 simply super on the weight-loss, if I forgot to mention it last week! You are doing so well, and what a long-term inspiration you are! I’m envious of your vacation, as it has been a long time since we have managed one. Finances have been ridiculously tight for a couple years, and well they will be marginally better this year thanks to my job, I don’t think we’ll have enough to actually go on a vacation this year. But since we live in a very warm climate, I think I would not be headed south personally anyway! I would like to do winter vacation – somewhere with lots of snow. The Chicago in me still peaks out even if I’m a Texan now.
Jk: I was glad to see you got out of jury duty, but I oddly enough I have always wanted to be on a jury. I almost never get called to even show up though. My husband has had 3 to 6 jury duty callings (no Juries though) since we’ve lived in this house. I had one and it was canceled the night before.
@RBXChas Have I ever asked how old your children are? And do you do Christmas at home, or do you all head out somewhere?
So a couple things on my front. I am doing light exercycle as I type this. Light in this case being speed 10 or 11 mph and resistance 8. When I started exercising this year I could do that speed easily enough but the resistance at 3 to 5 began to really work r me. I find it crazy that resistance eight feels like no resistance at all, now.
I have been kind of bad last weekend and this weekend, although in this case bad this weekend is still within my calorie goal. It just contain a lot of leftover Halloween treats I happened to find this weekend. Boy did I have a sweet tooth this weekend, unusual for me. Still my weight is maybe half a pound down from the beginning of December, and December’s goal is to only weigh less on the last Day of the month than I did on the first day of the month. So I’m doing fine, but I do have guilt pangs. My new motto, however, is never to days in a row. So by that motto I am still doing just fine. I’m going to try to focus mentally on that!

Oops posted that early, no biggie. The other thing to report is I have told you that I consider myself to be a photographer, but I don’t really sell much either two individuals or commercially. Well I joined a commercial flight and have been submitting my photos to be sold. That is one of the reasons I haven’t been around much lately. I haven’t sold anything yet, but a good number of my photographs have been chosen to be “premier” sales. They will get submitted to the big stock houses who could decide to work with me on licensing them. Even if I hear no more about that, nor sell the regular market excepted photographs, this is more than I’ve ever been able to do. I am very shy, and I am extremely reticent about “selling myself“ and this was a very big step for me. Thank heavens for the Internet, where I can be mostly anonymous!
I’ve also been artistically motivated lately which to me means making my photographs into “art“ – manipulating them with computer programs that allow me to play with filters and colors and light. So as promised a photo, but also an art piece.
Here is hoping all of you who are having a light day today have an easy time of it! And everybody, y’all please have a wonderful week!
Cin Cin a tutti!

Hi all!
Thank you for the congrats!
@rbxchas I think the new salad "energy" is mostly thanks to the kale. There is a A LOT of it. Since it is so low calorie, we use the whole bag for the four lunches. The dressing can be a tad too little because of this, but since there are nice flavors, the fruit, the quinoa, little balsamic - you can get by. I like kale and I think it tastes yummy. Second reason for the energy is probably the quinoa since they say it is a grain that has good protein. So with our old salad of butter lettuce or those types of greens, that were mostly watery we would end up tired come 5pm and beyond. In the past, when it came time for bed time on a fasting day forgetaboutit! Can you say 9:30pm or earlier! Doh!
Congrats on the new gym by you!! That is awesome. I have found in the last few years that I am really liking the gym environment (wait did I just say I like the gym)?!LOL I find it very motivating. Everybody there has a goal and is working hard, and you get to see what people are doing to work towards their goals. Good stuff.
Thank you @ryenday and I really appreciate you taking the time a few weeks ago to help me out and get me re-focused on what can really help me and keep me going. I was definitely not ready to throw in the towel or anything but boy was I frustrated and you guys helped! Still loving my strength training exercises. I have already tweaked them and have gone from 12 reps to 15 on each machine. No idea if that is good or bad when it comes to toning and weight loss goals. Need to do some reading up, but like you say it keeps the body guessing. I did feel like it really got my heart pumping when I increased to 15 and I like that!
Keep the beautiful pics coming. Love them. Congrats on putting your photos up on that site! Hope it works out for you!!
I hear you about a vacation. I am grateful that we are able to head down to FL this year to spend time with my family at Christmas. It is also nice to be able to take a break in the warmer weather. I do see it as a vacation, but in some ways I don't because it is pretty much a home away from home. My Mom doesn't cook anymore (she doesn't have a lot of interest and she has some mobility issues with arthritis, and not to mention excuses!) So I try and cook as many meals at home as I can so we don't spend a lot of money. We are still planning on hitting the gym or walking outside as if we were home. Hoping to maintain at the very least. Fingers crossed!
I was totally not thrilled with the price we paid for flights. ($$)Seems that the prices were high from the get-go and there were never any sales or anything. Ugh. Has to be a better way. Hope you all have great holidays with your families. I will still on be here via my trusty tablet and smart phone.
I did buy a new bathing suit on sale, online the other day. The old one that I had bought last spring and was wearing this past summer is definitely not going to fit anymore. So that is cool. It should have arrived today, so I will try it on tonight.
Going to grab myself another green tea and some more water. Light Day going pretty well! See you all soon!

I fasted today ( usually Tuesday) because my lunch came in at 545 calories (roasted chicken breast, homemade coleslaw and oatmeal) and I wasn’t very hungry for dinner so decided to just make this an unexpected fast day. (Shh, a secret. Husband made chilli. He thinks it is greatest thing since sliced bread. I don’t like it much, but won’t break his heart. So, making today a fast day meant I didn’t need to have it for dinner with him. Promise not to tell! Lol).
Weight Training: weight increase day! Arms started with 10 pound dumbbells (first 4 weeks) and increased to 12. Almost failed on the last set of bicep curls. Legs increased from 6 to 7 pounds. (Probably could have jumped to 8 pounds on legs.). I’m still doing the weights 2x a week, I’m going to figure out the third day of weight training (probably a more typical type routine on the 3rd day) plan and start that in January. I’m feeling strong for ‘an old lady’. But the goal is to feel strong (period). Lots of work to do there
Am very much in photographic eye mode. Walked to work and got some fantastic shots along the way.
@Meghan509 I wish I liked Kale but I can’t stand it. I do love butter lettuce tho...
Well time for bed, hope everyone had a good day!

Good Morning All!
@ryenday you are not alone with your feelings on kale! I can see it being an aquired taste for some. I cannot stand it in a shake - YUCK! Too strong. Baby spinach is my go to if I want greens in a shake. I love kale steamed with a little bit of butter or olive oil and some lemon pepper seasoning, as a side dish. Have you tried it steamed at all? Calms it right down as far as any "loudness" it can have. Just my two cents.
Not too much happening here. Quiet day in the office as a lot of people are in NYC at a meeting. Can't say I mind!
Tonight will be a cardio night for me at the gym. Last night I did strength training and I did the 15 reps again and I thought it worked out well. Adding on three more reps per machine, does add on some time and it does get my heart rate pumping more which I like. Going to stick with that plan for now.
Also looking in to HIIT treadmill sprints. Saw a girl at the gym doing them the other night and I am interested again... When I Google I get a lot that come up. There are also a lot of images on Pinterest. I know at one time @jknight001 had mentioned she was interested in maybe working them in to her gym routine? If you Google there are tons - FYI.
Back a bunch of years ago, when I was stuck at 171 on Atkins (I wasn't exercising FYI) and I was starting to gain and was feeling desperate, two friends of mine decided to try the Body for Life diet / plan. That is following a specific food plan, working out doing strength training exercises and cardio. I gave it a try and I remember the cardio was HIIT. Below is a link to his cardio, in case anybody is interested.I know that is a good HIIT workout too and I might give that a shot some time too. Also in my Fast Diet book, I have a section on exercise and Mosely talks about HIIT. Need to read that. Just have to make the time.

Okay all, I will leave you be for now. Will check back later. Have a good day!0 -
Good morning everybody,
Hope you are all well. Not much happening here. Regular day going on. Light day tomorrow.
Been planning the menu for the holidays with my family - Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinners. I enjoy doing that. My Mom is not a big cook anymore. She prefers baking so I pretty much take over the cooking duties when I am there. Since she has an updated and good sized kitchen I don't mind. My Step-Dad gets a "free" turkey from his job for Thanksgiving and Christmas (which is LOVELY), so I think I'll make a roasted turkey for Christmas Eve dinner. For Christmas Day we are going to have steaks on the BBQ. Going to make lots of yummy sides for both dinners and some appetizers. Some healthy, some not so much! The macaroni and cheese recipe that I found, is NOT healthy but sounds awesome. LOL Mom is taking care of desserts - shocker! LOL
Anybody have any fun meals or traditions planned for the holidays?
Wishing anyone who is celebrating Hanukkah a very happy one! Have a joyous holiday.
Enjoy your day, and I'll check back a little later on you all.0 -
Yes, happy Hanukkah!!
I’m hosting Christmas dinner here too! It will be for eight adults and three teenagers. Meat (Ham or Roast) roasted tomato and basil soup and potatoes (twice baked or garlic mashed) are all of my husband responsibility. This year it will be a roast. I’m going to do a red fruit salad in a watermelon bowl, fudge and sugar cookies, maybe gingerbread cookies, homemade Frappuccinos and probably my coleslaw so that I have something healthy to gnaw on while others overdo on the goodies.
Our tradition is getting irritated with the brother-in-law! He insists every year on bringing two full sheet pan size muffin tins with his grandmothers recipe rolls. These have to be kept warm and cat free, somewhere in our house (small, cold and cat plentiful house) until our oven is free. Then each set of rolls has to be cooked separately because our oven is too small to house both pans at the same time. These roles are not even good. And brother-in-law is always up in arms over where we have decided to let the role said and when he can get them into the oven. There are always at least 20 left over, which I end up throwing out.
Oh, the other tradition is stressing out my husband! Really, he loves to cook but something about the Christmas dinner cooking send him over the top. I think it’s because we have guests and they all need to come into the kitchen to get their drink or put their fruit salad in the refrigerator, which never has enough room, etc. Our small galley kitchen just doesn’t accommodate a cook plus assorted others very well. And my husband stress level goes through the roof! Every year I try to help with this, become a gatekeeper not letting people into the kitchen etc. but it is always a big deal.
Have I posted a picture of our kitchen? Beautiful mid century galley kitchen with a 1950s Okeefe and Merritt stove. Perfect kitchen for two people. Not the best kitchen for eight adults and three children. Minimal counter space which all the guests who bring a dish think they can use, but the cook NEEDS. Chaos ensues.
I find it fun, myself, my family was so much more formal about holiday dinners - but certainly chaotic. The only thing I would change is my brother-in-law. He is always a pain in the butt about everything and the (everything from scratch) rolls really suck. And he says he’s going to bring a pecan pie and some sort of chocolate dessert. Not that we will need any more desserts. And I will have to find room in our refrigerator for them as soon as he arrives or he will pout and wine and pester. Really you think this 45-year-old man was closer to 13 the way he acts. He has two lovely young women for daughters however.
Oh, I guess the mulled wine is a tradition, too. But I’m not sure anyone ever drinks it. I always do it because it gives the house such a fresh festive smell. And I always have a taste. But mulled wine smells so much better than mulled wine tastes in my opinion.
Christmas carols in the background and board games or conversation. If it is cold out, a nice fire in the fireplace. We don’t have a tv in the living or dining room combo so I think this is the only day of the year that my sister-in-law and her family don’t have a constant TV on accompaniment.
Way TMI,? I’ll stop now, lol0 -
I have a bit if a dilemma that maybe some of y'all can offer advice. This week I did a fast day Monday instead of Tuesday. And it is very different having two days between fast days.
Mentally, I find Tuesday Thursday better. I seem to psychologically recognize the fast the evening before so this way the mental side of two fast days is minimized. However, I think physically, the Monday Thursday might agree with me more. My non-fast day appetite seems less extreme up and down for one thing.
Any thoughts?0 -
Good morning everybody!
@ryenday your holiday menu sounds fabulous! My Mom likes to cook meat on Christmas. Often times we will do a prime rib or rib roast. Those are tasty too! Too funny about the kitchen and the roll drama! LOL Got to love families!
As far as fasting back to back, I had read that it is better to have a gap in between. I don't have any data to back that up.Only thing I have is experience. Since I started in mid to late March I have been doing the Monday and Thursday schedule and I have found it pretty easy to follow. Monday is nice because you feel like you are getting back on track after the weekend. I do a free meal or two on the weekend, so I like... Then you have two days where you feel "normal" and then you are mentally ready again to fast. Not that I dislike fasting at all.
Maybe some of the veterans can speak to more regarding the science as to why a gap is better. I don't have a Mosely book on hand, to see what he says. But, I am curious as to what he says on that. If I recall, he suggests a Monday / Thursday schedule, but honestly whatever works for people to be successful. HTH.
I am sipping some water and having a nice cup of green tea. Cold here and snowing! Woke up to some inches on the ground. Not much, but enough to trigger some school delays. Took it slow on the way to work and got in on time. Lots of people who live further away are remote today which makes it a quiet day at the office. NOT complaining! They said that the sun will come out later so hopefully the commute home will be uneventful.
Gym tonight and cardio is on tap. Our gym has been busy lately. Thinking that people are trying to finish out the year strong and fit. Hoping it is not a struggle to find a treadmill tonight. Feeling optimistic!
Have a good one and I'll check back on you soon. Have a good day. Hope anybody who is doing a Light Day has a nice EASY day!

HI All! Been really busy but doing well with 5:2. Fast day today.
We had a minor tragedy over here. I have an 4 TB external drive that I keep all of our pictures and videos on. I have a second one that is the backup to the first drive. The other day I had them both attached to my computer. I got up to talk with my husband and my foot caught on the cords for the drives and knocked them both to the floor. Short story is that both with require us to send them to a data recovery service to see if we can get our pictures back. It is expensive if they can recover the pictures We are heartbroken! I think I may be able to dig up some of the pictures and videos off of other drives but no where near all of them. So sad we did not have them stored on the cloud somewhere. Doing our research now into data recovery services and praying for guidance. Very difficult thing for me to wrap my mind around.
Love your pictures @ryenday. They certainly make our post page a lot nicer. Regarding your fast days I can only offer what I follow and that is I do what ever helps me stay on the plan.
@meghan509 - thanks for the link to Body for Life. I will check it out.
Not sure what Christmas this year will look like for us. The thought of losing our pictures and videos is putting a bit of a damper on things. But we want to make it nicer for our son.

Hi all! Thursday workday is almost a wrap here on the East coast. One more day and then it is Friday. Weeee...
So sorry to hear about your pictures and videos @jknight001 I have my fingers and toes crossed that you can get them all recovered and that it won't cost a lot. Sigh... A few years back I had an issue with an old PC crashing (I had the lovely blue screen of deathand the Best Buy Geek Squad helped me recover the pictures and music and any other stuff that I had on there. Maybe see if they can give you a cost estimate or if there is another such service by you that will do that? Wishing you luck. Hope it works out.
Okay all. Going to sign off and head home and to the gym. See you soon.0 -
Hello all!
Happy Friday to you. I am counting down the days until no more work. Sigh... Today, Monday, and Tuesday then off until January 2!
Down .8 pounds today and very happy about that because last week was a good loss so back to back losses - YUP I'LL TAKE IT! For the time being I will sort of be on maintenance or not doing 5:2 at least until January 1, and that is if we can plan and get to the store the weekend we are back in town (probably will) and be ready right after the holidays. Fast turn around given the fact that we might also be away for the night of 12/31. Waiting for those plans to finalize.
Size 10 jeans are fitting rather well lately (looser in the waist) and I have worn my new size 8 work pants and they are fitting nicely too. I am liking the 160's.Got my new bathing suit in the mail recently and that looks pretty good too! Maybe I will post some updated pics for you all soon. I was looking at the pics of my nephew and I from Christmas last year. Holy Moly was I not looking and feeling good. Started this WOE in March.
Going to a little Christmas luncheon today. A smaller group then last week. This is a departmental thing vs. our site. Around 12 of us. Looking forward to that.
Hope everybody has a great day! Will probably check back later!0 -
@Meghan509 great news, great timing etc. you’ll be happy in all the holiday photos this year I think!
I’m a bit irritated- no December weight loss and if I’m doing my math right (now that I know about the weekly tab on the nutrition page) it is because I seem to have a TDEE at less than 1300 calories a day. So 5:2 and 1500 on non fast days is practically MAINTENANCE and only if I were not looking to lose more (as TDEE will go down as I lose more weight). Very depressing but I’m trying to just ignore this for December and stay steady - not gain for sure. I’m gonna have to come up with a new plan (stop dieting at top end of normal BMI I think) and get used to 5:2 for my remaining days.
More later

Got a shock this morning when my scale said I lost 2.4 lbs. No reason for such a big loss. Wondering if my scale is getting up in years?
Y
@ryenday - Wondering how tall you are? A TDEE of 1300 seems low to me. December isn't over so you may get a big break-thru next week?
Hoping to finish my Christmas shopping and Christmas cards this weekend. Hoper you all have a great weekend!1 -
@jknight001 I’m short, but not that short, 5’3.75 to be exact. The TDEE seems exceptionally low to me too.
But post menopause I packed on 40+lb in 3 years and can’t say anything else in my life changed much. And I’m losing a ridiculously low amount of weight a month ( better when I switched to 5:2 but slowing down at an extreme rate since end of October).
My average net ( which includes very conservative exercise calories but 0 calories for the average 15,000 steps) cals a day since April are coming in under 1000 yet I’m losing ( except for the month of October) less than .75 a week,
I don’t have an extreme dieting or yo-yo weight background. My blood work this year came back normal on thyroid. And I AM losing, but at a snail’s pace and on tiny net calories. I ran my Apple Watch numbers to be sure (movement and exercise calculated differently) and yeah - it suggests similar.
I was very happy in October, felt better in 5:2 but then the constant hunger has returned since beginning of December.. I can squelch the hunger for maybe an hour or two if I have a big meal (big being 600 calories or more including 30 to 40 g of protein and a potato serving ( prob 200 g of baked potato w/o butter) but I’ll be hungry again a couple hours later.
Christmas treats are getting more and more difficult to pass up or indulge in moderately ( I’ve been allowing myself a treat 2 or 3 times a week of about 150 to 250 cals) because I am SO hungry!
I get it, I’m dieting so I’m miserable and hungry. But maintaining looks pretty lousy from a number perspective too.
Sorry, just kvetching- nothing anyone can do so I’ll just have to figure this out. 5:2 will give me a few calories to play with on the Five days, but not nearly what I hoped and probably not near what it looked like it might in October and I’m just going to have to deal.0 -
What a Debbie downer message.
The good news: thanks to that 7.5 lb loss in October, I’m close to normal BMI and no longer look FAT, but more like someone who is reasonably normal but could stand to lose a few. I’m wearing size 10’s again. (At 5’3 - 5’4 that should be the largest size I ever allow myself to get to) And my husband suggested I could stop dieting now if I chose to (which I interpret as he thinks I look reasonably healthy).
I’ll figure this out. And some day when the hot flashes stop, I’ll be able to sleep more than 2 hours without getting up, (so no more rambling posts at the 5 am hour anymore, lol) and that will probably help the weight/calorie situation too!

@ryenday I am so sorry for your struggle.
It is hard enough to restrict calorie intake, but is doubley painful if it is combined with a slow weightloss. I think the focus of Edward Munch's painting "The Scream" was that very concept. OK, I made that last part up but I have been in your shoes and it is hard.
On the plus side is that you are doing everything you need to do - sticking to the 5:2 plan, exercising, getting yourself checked out by the doctor, etc. Could or be .75/week is what your body does?
One thing I did wonder is if your treats could be leading to your hunger? If they are sugary you will have a blood sugar spike followed by a drop that could lead to hunger. Snacks that are high in protein and complex carbohydrates will help stave off hunger, although I suspect you might already know thst.1 -
@ryenday Sorry for the struggle. My two cents: look into a supplement for post menopause and play around with your non-fast days. I personally think that losing at a slower pace and not feeling like you are going to eat your own arm off is a better way to go. You didn't put the weight on in a year, or even two, so don't push to lose it that fast. (I should probably take my own advice.
)
I weighed myself this morning and the pesky water weight is finally gone. Not sure what the deal was.
I hope everyone has a great week!0 -
Hi all!
Sorry for being MIA yesterday. Friday turned out being busy at work and the last two days have been busy doing last minute stuff before we head off to FL.
@ryenday I am sorry for your sluggish losses for December. That was me last month. Your body mighy be in a little holding pattern but I bet it gets better. 1300 does sound awful low for a TDEE. When I am on my work PC tomorrow I will get you the one I use and share mine. I am 5 feet 4 inches and 167 at the moment FWIW. Hang in there...
@jknight001 nice loss!! Woo hoo! Happy to hear it.
@KateNkognito nice loss! Agree on your advice to Rye.
Regular days on tap here now through end of the year. Going to focus on making good choices and exercising as much as possible. Going to get some packing done and relax. Probably will see you guys in the AM next. Have a good night!0 -
Thanks, y’all! I was just in a mid of the night down in the dumps and sorry I took it out here on y’all.
I think I’ve tried every menopause supplement any one has ever heard of. The hot flashes HAD stopped ( for about 18 months they were gone) , then in April I began weight loss and BAM they started up again and have been kicking my butt!
The TDEE is crazy low, I know. But it was what I was seeing pre 5:2 for months so.... it is what it is.
Re hunger, I’m eating maintenance this month, not diet so there is no explanation I can figure out. I eat, an amount that should keep me happy til next meal, and two hours later I could (and want to) eat a whole new meal. Frustrating - but I’ll figure it out. Gonna have to keep some chicken breast, broccoli and cucumbers around to ‘binge’ on until I do I guess.
So enough about that. @meghan509 ENJOY! Safe travels, happy holidays and all that! You just have fun now! @KateNkognito good news about the pesky water weight, glad it seems to be a thing of the past! @jknight001 : LOL!!! The Scream! You nailed it! Perfect!
New topic: Christmas dress: So, irregardless of weight, my body shape is pear or hourglass. My mom called us wasp waists. Generally my wast is 12 to 13 inches smaller than my thigh/but measurement. Given the frequency and severity of my hot flashes I have taken to wearing dresses in a material suitable to be a beach cover-up gauze — underneath a layer of shawls and sweaters. That way when a flash hits, I can remove the sweater layer and be dressed for a sunny 99 degree day underneath. But the medium size sleeveless smocked waist dress I’ve been wearing now looks like a ‘potato sack’ according to my husband. Got to admit, the elastic waist doesn’t even touch my waist, let alone stretch.
Sooo, I ordered a dress from amazon! Deep red, flowey skirt and smocked waist. Looks like the material should be beach temperature appropriate! I’m gonna try to link it here.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00N39UQQ8/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1513550551&sr=8-3&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_QL65&keywords=gypsy+boho+cap+sleeve+dress+smocked&dpPl=1&dpID=411bOmrGqpL&ref=plSrch&th=1&psc=1
It arrives tomorrow. So when I get the hot flashes on Christmas and ‘disrobe’ I can give the inlaws something to talk about, lol. I’ll let y’all know how it fits. Even if it is awful, I can wear it around the house and it was cheap. Lol.
Hope one and all having a great weekend!0 -
@ryenday I have found that weight loss makes my power surges so much worse! I am pretty sure it is because fat stores estrogen, and when that fat is used up, the estrogen is released. The good news is, if you are having problems, that means you are burning fat! Just my two cents.0
