I was part of a group a while back and we did weekly weigh ins for accountability, what do you guys think? It really did help make me feel more focused knowing that there would be people seeing that I was (or wasn't) working hard.

That sounds great! Struggling to stay on top of everything with the holiday season, work, kids, etc. Not looking forward to stepping on the scale this week- but glad to have some accountability.0

I would totally do that. What day of the week do we want to weigh in. I usually weigh myself on Saturday mornings, but Im willing to weigh in on the same day everyone else wants to.

I'd check in on whatever day you guys want to. I do the biggest loser challenge and you have to check in between Thursday and Sunday night. If I keep joining accountability groups I'll have check ins every day and no room for slacking off! LOL0

Today I weighed exactly the same as last Saturday lol I'm assuming tomorrow won't be any different but I'm happy to not be gaining this holiday season!0

Back and ready to join! This is my 2nd time losing weight with MFP.
I was thinnest at the end of my first semester in grad school (started around 145 pounds, ended just under 130, probably due to stress and low budget making it easier to log because I had to cook everything and also I ate the same thing every day), but by the end of grad school I had gained it all back and then a few pounds more (probably also due to stress, and I had stopped logging).
My goal is to get to and then maintain around 115~120.
