Hi all 5'4. ~157lbs would ultimately like to be ~130 but shooting for 145 first. Haven't been able to lose the weight since my 2nd kid. Hoping tracking helps. For the last week it says I'll be down 7lbs in 5 weeks if I keep at it. I don't believe it lol.

It is so hard to lose a pound or 2 and sooo easy to gain it back. I'm so tired of the ups and downs. I feel like I have to eat like a bird to consistently lose week after week. I've got to get motivated to stick to my 1200 a day.
After over indulging slightly this weekend due to being away, I'm back to tracking and watching what I'm eating. I'm crossing my fingers for another loss this week, I'm looking to get out of the 170's, I have 3 lbs to get to 170, providing I don't gain this week.
I didn't do too badly today. I didn't pile up my plate like I usually do. I usually weigh in on Saturdays but I weighed this morning since I''ll be away for the rest of the weekend. My weight was the same but at least it wasn't a gain. Back on track tomorrow the best I can due to not being home.
