OK, it's a new year, time to hit this hard. I'm going grocery shop tomorrow and really start planning my meals and tracking on MFP. I don't know how motivated I'm going to be to go to the gym since it's like 4 degrees where I am and will be for the next week or so. I'm going to try and be diligent with my food intake and maybe work out at home. I'll post my weight on Saturday after I step on the scale.

It's also like 4* here too (Ohio)... I can't remember the last winter we've had where it's been this cold and consistently snowing! I'm going to try to start getting up earlier and working out with Daily Burn. I think I'm going to try their 15 minute program to start with so I won't feel like I'm missing out on an extra hour of sleep and increase from there0
