Let's get real.
December is the month when it's Extremely difficult to only have 3 Pass Days. But, if you go over 3 Pass Days, just stay committed to the UAC program. If you stick with the healthy habits, you will NOT gain the normal 6-10 pounds.
Take the long view!!

@LoraineGB LOL I am thinking she went an ash blond and added the blue and lavender highlights. She was a pale strawberry blonde when she was little. Would have been ash blond but she started dying it. I can still remember picking her up from college for Xmas break. No warning and was met with fire truck red hair. Lol I didn't say anything but my jaw hit the floor.
This week is food week so just need to stay focused. Last week for Xmas sweaters then time to put them away 4 another year.Have a great day everyone!!!2 -

Great day! Two workouts (93 min total) and well below calories and all logged. Trying to eat more healthy fats in order to feel fuller longer. Cravings for carbs and sugars BE GONE!4

I had a long workout today.
Active Stretching for 20 minutes, then alternating push-ups; treadmill; lat pulldowns; treadmill and back around for 44 minutes. Hit a cumulative high of 204 pushups of different types: regular floor pushups; outward palm and then diamonds.
Calories: under by 380
Tracking: good. I even included the chocolate covered mini pretzels that I could not resist. During most of the year, I just don't see that stuff. At Christmas time, it just keeps showing up in my office staff kitchen.3 -
That picture really sums up December, the struggle is real but this challenge has been extremely helpful for me, halfway through the month!

Because I try to eat fresh food most of the time, I’m usually in the supermarket 3-4 times per week. The Christmas shoppers are meddling with my routine!1 -

3 Yes including a good walk around a local village with a Christmas Market. Managed to find a few Christmas presents (only buy for husband and sister, but have been very short of ideas (and cash!) this year. It was my dad's 90th birthday today (18 Dec) so my sister and I had a good chat with him on the phone this evening.1
