Fitbit plz fix the problems.
First I got the New Ionic 2 days ago and I’m experiencing many many glitches. I’m heart broken I never had problems with my surge.
First problems..... when I raise my arm to see the time it does not often work I have to change my arm or press button to see the time.
Second problem .... when I get text messages , calls any notification I get I buzz but my screen is black. It does not show up or light what or who it is. My surge used to do that. I have to tap many times the screen or click left button to see which is no fun when U are trying to workout.
Third problem .. I notice that my sleep log does not sync it takes a while.
Please please fix these problems I don’t want iconic don’t go to waste!
