    Hi All
    The December Challenge at the top of the 'Discussions' in the 'Announcements' will turn into a January Challenge towards the end of December! We've done one every month for a few months, just changed the name each month!
    Feel free to join the December one now or watch out for the January 2018 one, coming your way soon!

    I was off keto for one month. Got a keto headache yesterday, which has not happened for a very long time. I am 8 pounds higher than a month ago.

    Just watch for the 'Announcement' above the 'Discussions' section, but no need to wait, you can join in any time, just post your weight in the current December Challenge and get started! Sunday is the usual weigh in day, though people do weigh on different days whatever suits them really. See you there. :)

    As this week is the last week in December the next challenge will be posted during this week. Please feel very welcome to join in

    There's the world carnivore month challenge happening, but it's not really a challenge for me. That's just how I eat. If you're interested, they have a facebook group. There's also a carnivore group on here.
