    Wow, did not realize how out of shape I was until I tried to lift that kettlebell over my head twenty times! Seriously ow! oof! Everything else was okay but whatever muscle it takes to go over my head is MIA.

    Okay, Was doing the workout again today and glanced at the kettlebell. The problem immediately became obvious. The thing weighs 10#! I was thinking it was 5# or 6#; but :noway: it's 10#! Yikes. No wonder it's killing me. Need to start over with my 2# dummies.

    Worked out w/our trainer yesterday. Painful! My legs were sore from Thursday's workout. :D
    Four workouts coming up this new year's week. I'm going to get back on the bike, too. Need something new to watch on the TV.

    Very glad to hear Paula. I was worried.

    Chris I remember when you were always biking. Glad to hear you doing it again. Tomorrow might not be great for me. Rocky has a luncheon tomorrow. He will be officially taking over as the President of the classic car club in Casper Wy. Way to much work.

    I did only my stretches for my hip. I hurt my foot. Not sure how. Went to Jumanji again with the kids. There is a Peter Rabbit coming out in March that looks fun.
