Goal Weight: I am in maintenance now. So a goal range of 108-113.
What are your goals while participating in this group? Sticking to my maintenance calories and not going outside of my goal range! Also, a lot of my goals are more fitness-related now, so going to the gym consistently and building muscle.
What are you hoping to gain by participating in this group? These groups are great for accountability and support.7 -

What are your goals while participating in this group? Keeping consistent healthy eating and exercise no matter what- I started a new job in October which involves a lot of travel -and am also studying a masters - so I don’t get to go as much to my awesome gym and haven’t been anywhere as disciplined about eating well. Plan is to go to gym when home and supplement with the Nike training app, Yoga with Adrienne and couch to 5k as I don’t walk much when away.
What are you hoping to gain by participating in this group? Support - both giving and receiving and accountability.
Also, I will be using at least two sets of scales and possibly a third so weights may differ. The ones used today will be the “official” ones.

What are your goals while participating in this group? My goal is to get back on track. I lost ~30# between March and July of this year, then stalled out 5#s from goal. To make matters worse, I almost completely stopped logging after Thanksgiving.. I hope that being a part of this group helps me to remain focused and accountable.

I lost 50 pounds last year and took a break for two months with tracking. Over the holidays my weight crept up a bit so it's time to get back on to logging my food. I enjoy participating in group challenges as it's motivating reading about other people's experiences, and I find that posting my weight publicly keeps me accountable.6 -

What are my goals while participating in this group? To get back to eating healthy, lower-carb food and be more consistent with exercise. I started eating lower-carb a couple of months ago and it seems to suit me. Have lapsed a little over Christmas, including too much wine, so am looking forward to getting back on track. I have signed up for a 30 day Yoga challenge (Yoga with Adrienne) so will see how that goes. I normally practice Pilates, so this will be an interesting change. As I have 2 dogs, my cardio exercise is mainly walking.

What are your goals while participating in this group? I'm up about 3.5 lbs with Christmas/vacation bloat, etc so my goal is to get rid of that quick and get back into my routine. What are you hoping to gain by participating in this group? Motivation, support, accountability. I know what I need to do, but I can't figure out why I won't do it. I've gained back12lbs over the past 4 years. Every time I have an injury, I gain a few pounds. And now I've got a knee/possible IT band issue going on. I'm determined that not only will I "not gain", but that I can actually lose weight even with an injury. It's all about the eating.3 -
