I did not get to this. Standing in one position most of the day really is tiring. And since my hip hurts I have been trying to not bend my knees at all. I did get in my stretching though.
I must get this done.

Got 6.37 miles for 13,706 steps so far today and spent 60 mins w/our trainer doing yoga.
