Yesterday was a close call! Barely got over 30 minutes exercise, then had to use even those few calories to stay under the budget, but did get everything logged. Even the brandy and the cheesecake!
Did much better today, over 1 hour active, well under on calories with lots of protein and easy to log. Still need more weight work, but back on track to lose.
Also updated my profile today, so lowered the calorie target for new weight and activity level.
Motivation is strong in this greybeard!!
Just need some warmer weather to make even better progress.
