    Hi Everyone,
    Yesterday, I was rushing to get caught up with the group and forgot to post my daily report. Here is my 2 day report while traveling:
    Yesterday-
    Calories: under by less than 150 kcal
    Tracking; ok and oh so important to keep me from overeating
    Exercise: basic walking
    Today:
    Calories: under my limit by more than 550 kcal
    Tracking: good
    Exercise: I cannot do more than walking so I do that

    @fatbambi2017 - I had already done 30 minutes of my senior exercises today when I noticed your post about Leslie Sansone. Yesterday I tried a HIIT exercise video based on a post by @oykucan; and I may try that one, again, another day...but not 2 days in a row. Today I tried the 45 minute Leslie Sansone American Heart Assn 3 Mile Walk exercise video. Now, I have 75 minutes of exercise today. That's plenty for an old lady...but it is interesting how many exercise videos are available. Adds a little variety to what my former routine was!
    Yes I love Leslie, I get it off utube too, I love the 45 minute one!!!! If I can do it anyone can lol! Well done!!!

    I pass day ☹️
    Spent all day driving back and forth to Apple store got to hungry and ate to much. Apple store wait 4 hrs. No batteries in stock so I have to go back in a week to get new battery installed. Next time I will be prepared! Phone problems so no app for most of day.
    The 15000 steps and going to gym doesn’t mean anything since I messed up on my eating. Feeling bummed but tomorrow is a new day!

    Yes. Lucky enough to be within a 10 minute drive of an indoor track so 5 repeats of 5 minute runs with 1 minute walk break, 30 minutes total. Also walked the dog for over 1/2 hour.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
    Yes. -281 according to MFP.

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?
    Yes, everything!
