Just remember that losing weight may very well be the icing on the cake. Whole 30 is about rebooting your system and detox.

Hi! Just joined your group today. Whole30 would have began today but I ate some rotisserie chicken that had carreegan in it. Remembering to check labels on food every single time is going to be hard. I'm glad I have this group1
