There’s tons of recipes on this app! If anyone tries a good please share. Getting fit is more about what you eat than working out!

I make a healthy crockpot turkey chilli...super easy
1 lb ground turkey (I use 99% ff)
Half onion
2 tbsp tomato paste
2-14.5 oz cans fire roasted tomatoes (Kroger brand is good...I blend in blender first cuz I hate chunky tomatoes)
8 oz can chilli beans (get medium spice if u like hot)
8 oz can black beans (I do low sodium kind)
Hot sauce (I use cholula...optional)
Chilli powder (optional)
Brown turkey and add all ingredients to crock pot. Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours. Sometimes I add a tbsp of 2% plain Greek yogurt on top instead of sour cream. You could add cheese too. Yummy.

Brussel sprouts, green beans and sweet potatoes. Toss in olive oil and a package of dry ranch seasoning. Bake at 400(or 350) for 30-45min depending on desired texture!0

I did this yesterday with baby carrots and they were amazing!! I baked at 400 for about 30 min1
