I just started keto yesterday, but so far I really like whole natural almonds.1

Fat bomb made with coconut oil, 85% black chocolate, zest of orange, essence and walnuts.2

I know it's not a snack- but I tried coconut cauliflower rice tonight at dinner and it was amazing! Tastey, filling and so easy and quick to make. Loved it. Try it if you like coconut flavour. I added shrimp for protein.2

As gross as it sounds I like pork rinds and bacon cheddar dip Dean's. I also like sliced avacado with salt and pepper or cheese chips Whisps with guacamole.0

I love baby cucumbers with pimento cheese, salami with cream cheese, pork rinds with cheese dips, hard boiled eggs with everything but the bagel seasoning, pickles, sliced cheeses and pecans.2

cheese chips. super easy to make. about 1tbsp or so of shredded cheese piles all on a baking dish and bake until golden brown, then let them cool. store them in the fridge for days. I make a new batch every few days.4

I'm new, the only snack I've found that are portable are pistachios, string cheese. But also like an evening decaf vanilla beans in the French Press with heavy cream and pure vanilla powder.
Definitely want to try those Fat Bombs!0 -
